Once you register and become Webike Japan member, you will be able to earn and accrue The "Webike Cash Back Point System (here after "Webike Point"), which are then redeemable at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Points are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site which each point can be used for 1 Yen (1 point = 1 Japanese Yen) and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.
Webike Cash Back Point System allows you to earn points for certain actions you take on Webike Japan. Points are awarded based on making purchases and customer actions such as submitting reviews, participating on events and e.t.c.
You can redeem your reward points at checkout. Redeemable Webike points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as PayPal and credit cards.
Webike Cash Back Points can NOT be used for shipping fee.
You can check the balance and the history of Webike Points you possess for My Account page. The total amount of points to be cash backed to the customer is calculated by Point rate (%) set to each product.
Item with 0% point rate, Product quoted from "
OEM quotation service" and " non-listed item quotation service". Webike Cash Back Points will be rewarded to total amount of money you have paid for the products. In another word, Webike Cash Back Point will
not be rewarded to shipping fee and product paid by coupons or Webike Cash Points.
Webike Point will be rewarded to member 7 days after order shipped out from Webike Japan.
Webike Point can be set to expire. Webike Point rewarded based on the purchase will be expired on the very last day of the same month of next year. (e.g.: Point rewarded on Jan.10th 2015 will be expired on Jan. 31st 2016). Timing of Webike Point rewarded for participating to any events will announced on each events and campaign.
* Shipping fee is not subject to be rewarded.
* The balance of Webike Point will be announced to you via e-mail at the beginning of every month with upcoming expiring date and points.
