A little long for the ZX-10R?

I bought this without thinking about it to put on my ZX-10R 2011 OEM Handlebar, but when I tried to install it... A little long. It was 122mm, then 120mm would be Exactly? It was 122mm. It was 122mm, but if it is 120mm, is it Exactly?
